Sharon specialises in selling prestige property in Brisbane’s Western Suburbs, particularly Westlake, Mount Ommaney, Fig Tree Pocket, Chapel Hill, St Lucia and surrounds. With a lifetime of experience in the local property market and having lived in the Western Suburbs her entire life, currently calling Fig Tree Pocket home, Sharon prides herself on achieving the best results for her clients.

Sharon found her passion for property at a young age, successfully negotiating her way through many aspects of her life (we can all relate to that right!). Sharon is proud first and foremost of her family, but she’s also proud of her achievements in the world of Real Estate, particularly as the Founder of My Brisbane Home and what it has accomplished for clients and team members.

Sharon, how would your clients describe you?

I believe my clients would say they appreciate my ‘no fluff’ honest advice on what action is needed to maximise their outcomes, and what is currently standing in the way of those results. From a value point of view, I think they would suggest that perhaps my greatest strength is my ability to bring unrelated parties together, navigating and negotiating often rough seas to see a sale fulfilled all the way through to settlement, never allowing a client to sell themselves short.

Sharon, what made you want to work in the world of Real Estate?

It’s an interesting story and it centres around my family and a clear enjoyment we all had of speaking with people. Whether some family members were involved heavily in our church or others were successful in the world of banking and finance, in my case I had a love of real estate and really felt like I was helping people like me, maximise the value of (often) their most valuable asset. So, for me it’s the love of helping people first, followed by the challenge of succeeding in a field that I love.

Sharon, what are your other interests outside of Real Estate?

Well if you asked me this over the decades past I think I would have several answers for you, but at this stage of my life it’s all about Family. My children and grandchildren are growing up so quickly and it seems every time I blink there is a new family member entering this wonderful world. To spend time with my grandchildren while they’re young is very important to me and I’m sure their parents appreciate the help as well.
Some of Sharon’s accomplishments include often selling properties for ‘the highest price in the street’, as well as being acknowledged multiple times by the Courier Mail for breaking sales price records which still stand today.
